The following are three training methods for the Authentic Five Animals Qigong.
An extensive routine, most systematic among the Chinese, Taiwanese &
other types of Huatuo's Five Animals Qigong, configured with meticulous movements and the
coordinated effect of three body parts.
Stimulates every part of the body inside & out, with excellent effect for massaging the internal
organs. Comprised of 125 forms for a long routine, using hands to tap, rub & press for massage, &
divided into the three parts of torso, legs, and face to proceed in increments.
While maintaining the general merits of the traditional routine, arranged to
prevent any defects in motions for harmonizing each part of the body.
It is a type of
< Crane opens right wing and sits to the left > in the Authentic Five Animals Qigong.
Mid-motion of < Crane sits to the left with foot twisted > in the Authentic Five Animals Qigong.
A program arranged for simplified learning of core movements from the Authentic
Five Animals Qigong.
Comprised of two groups dealing with the upper & lower body, two more groups symmetrical
moving transversely, and cool down exercises. Designed with consideration for the modern person to
learn easily and to continue for self training.
Since it practices the introductory routines of the Authentic Five Animals Qigong, it makes for a great exercise in and of itself, and is also suitable as the step prior to learning the Basic Routine. |
